  I absolutely hate to throw anyone or any business under the bus. But we have had such terrible experiences with our local McDonald's in Strafford over the last 2 to 3 months. We have had multiple experiences where I feel that the staff just doesn't care about preparing food to order and does it with a very poor I don't care attitude. We have had to wait in the drive thru for 20 to 30 minutes and still not have the correct order on multiple occasions. To the point where I called and spoke with the manager about the issues. Her solution to my issues was she would buy my next meal. "Not what I asked for". I then confronted her in the McDonald's on our next visit about the issues and she wouldn't even make eye contact with me, very SAD. I love this community and would do nothing to hurt it. But if I was the owner of this franchise, I would think long and hard about replacing these bad seeds with individuals with a passion for customer service.

  Was a very nice experience. Fresh flowers on all the tables clean the well-kept restaurant. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Thank you
